    This isn’t a one-size-fits-all meal tracker. With over 26 years of coaching experience, I offer personalized nutrition coaching based on your goals, body type, and lifestyle. You’ll learn why certain foods and macros work for you—and how to make this a long-term lifestyle.

  • Nope! I don’t believe in restrictive diets unless medically necessary. Your plan is built around you—your preferences, your goals, and what works best for your body and lifestyle. We focus on sustainable habits, not trendy fads.

  • Once you schedule your call, you’ll fill out a quick intake form so I can understand your current habits and goals. During our consultation, we’ll talk about what’s holding you back and how my coaching can help you move forward with a plan that fits your life.

  • Each plan offers a tiered level of support based on your goals:

       •   Basic Plan includes a personalized macro-based nutrition plan and weekly check-ins.

       •   Standard Plan adds customized meal suggestions, progress tracking, and unlimited messaging support.
